"Makes Driving Feel So Much Easier"
The safety alerts and EyeSight feature have been such a big help. I feel a lot less stressed when I’m driving in traffic, especially with my kids in the back. It just gives me that extra peace of mind. I’m really happy with it and would definitely keep using this again in the future

"Super smooth financing process"
I was a little nervous about doing the financing stuff online, but subaru made it really easy. Like, actually easy. The steps were clear, and I knew exactly what info they needed without having to call around or ask a bunch of questions. I got my options quickly, and when I went into the dealer, they already had everything ready to go. No weird surprises, no last-minute issues, just a smooth process overall. Really appreciated how simple it was.

I’m on my third Subaru now, i’ve never felt a good reason to switch. It’s dependable, handles bad weather without drama, and just feels familiar in the best way. To me, sticking with a car brand that’s been reliable and safe isn’t just practical—it feels like the responsible choice.

"I expected my Outback to cost more to…"
I expected my Outback to cost more to keep up, especially with the AWD. I figured there might be extra charges or random expensive fixes, but so far that really hasn’t been the case. Oil changes and regular service have been right around what the dealer originally told me, and I haven’t had any surprise bills. Parts seem easy enough to get, and the service visits have been quick too. Overall, it’s been easier on my wallet than I thought it would be

"Mostly solid, small rattle"
It feels sturdy overall and I’m mostly happy with it, but one of the door trims has this annoying little rattle when I use it. Not a dealbreaker, just noticeable. Anyway.

"Smooth Ride, But I Wish It Had More Passing Power"
I’ve been happy with how smooth and reliable the engine feels driving around town. It handles daily errands and regular commuting without any fuss, and it does fine on the highway too. My only regret is not looking a little closer at how it performs when passing, because I do wish it had a bit more punch in those moments.

"Easy service visit"
The service team was really friendly, and they had my Subaru finished right when they said they would. The waiting area was clean and comfortable enough, too. it was just an easy, no-hassle visit, and I’d definitely go back.

"Surprisingly roomy"
I didn’t expect it to hold that much, but it fits our groceries, the stroller, and even camping gear without any trouble. I’m always the one overpacking “just in case,” so it’s nice not having to play Tetris every time we load up.

I’ve used subaru a few times now for parts for my Outback, and like i said, it’s been straightforward for the most part. Most of what I needed was easy to find and available to order. I did run into one small clip being out of stock, so I had to wait a little, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Like i said, overall it’s a good experience, I just wish the stock updates were a bit more clear...

I did end up finding what I needed, so that was good. But the pages were loading slow, and the menus felt a bit confusing on my phone tbh. I kept tapping around and was like wait, where did that go lol. Not terrible, just a little frustrating whn you're trying to get stuff done quickly.

"Decent overall, but mileage could be better"
I’ve been using it for a bit now, and overall it’s been fine. Maybe it’s partly because I drive in traffic a lot and probably don’t drive as smoothly as I should, but the mileage isn’t quite what I was hoping for. It’s not terrible, I just feel like it could be better.

"Helpful Driver Assist, Just a Little Sensitive Sometimes"
Not gonna lie, after using Subaru’s driver assistance features for a few months, I’m happy with them. The adaptive cruise control feels smooth, and the lane assist definitely helps me feel more relaxed on longer drives. It does get a little too sensitive here and there, like beeping at me when I already noticed the car ahead, but overall it makes driving feel easier and safer. I’d give it 4 stars.

The dealer took care of the repair under warranty, and it was straightforward. No weird back-and-forth, no trying to blame some tiny technicality, nothing like that. I always notice little things in these situations, like whether the paperwork matches what they told me and if they explain the timing clearly, and everything lined up fine. They just fixed it and sent me on my way

The screen is super easy to use and it connects to my phone quickly. Apple CarPlay literally works great, and using maps or playing music while driving is really simple. I didn’t expect to like the infotainment system this much.

"I got my recall notice and went…"
I got my recall notice and went on subaru.com to book it, and it was simple. The site was clear enough, maybe a little slow here and there, but nothing too annoying. The dealer called to confirm everything, I dropped the car off, and they had it finished when they said they would. Also, no weird upsell or anything like that, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it was just easy and handled like it should be. For a recall, that’s really all I wanted. 5 stars from me.

"Honestly, my Subaru has been so comfortable"
I have to say, I’m really happy with how comfortable my Subaru is, especially on longer drives. The seats are soft but still give my back good support, and I don’t feel worn out afterward like I used to in my old car. It handles road bumps smoothly too, and the cabin stays quiet enough for music or even phone calls. Maybe it’s just me, but it really does make everyday driving feel so much easier.
